Last updated: March 26, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bassline ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bassline is a concert tracking and social discovery app for iOS. It lets you discover upcoming shows, log your concert history, share your music life with friends, and manage your live music experience. Some features require a paid subscription ("Bassline Pro").

Account & Authentication

You may sign in using Apple, Google, or other supported authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Bassline Pro Subscription

Bassline Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including show notes, ratings, photos, and profile information. By using social features, you grant Bassline a limited license to display your shared content (planned shows, Concert DNA, profile) to your friends and other users as intended by the App's functionality.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bassline to upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content; attempt to interfere with the App's infrastructure or other users' experience; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; or use the App for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial concert tracking and discovery.

Third-Party Services

Bassline integrates with third-party services including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, DICE, Resident Advisor, Spotify, Apple Music, Last.fm, and Deezer. Your use of these services through Bassline is subject to their respective terms of service. Bassline is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these services.

Affiliate Links

Bassline may provide links to purchase tickets through affiliate partnerships. When you purchase tickets through these links, Bassline may receive a commission. Ticket purchases are transactions between you and the ticket provider, and Bassline is not a party to those transactions.

Intellectual Property

The Bassline name, logo, and app design are the property of Bassline. Event data, artist information, and images displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bassline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that event information is accurate, complete, or current. Show dates, venues, and availability are sourced from third-party providers and may change without notice. Always verify event details with the venue or ticket provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bassline and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed events, incorrect show information, or loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using Bassline at any time by deleting the App and your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via the email associated with your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction of residence.
